Paper-based applications
If you can't complete an application online, you can make a paper-based application instead.
You will need to post the completed form to us along with your supporting information. Keep in mind, a paper-based application can take more time to process.
You may only submit a streamlined application if you are applying with a New Zealand qualification that is recognised in the LBP Rules.
- If you are applying based on an overseas qualification, a qualification that is not recognised, or your work experience, you must apply using a standard application.
- If you are applying for a Design licence, you must apply using a standard application.
