Client Survey Reminder
You will have received an email with a link to our client survey especially for Licensed Building Practitioners. We run this survey every two years and really value the feedback you provide us through this.
A big thank you to those who have already taken the time to complete the survey.
For those who haven’t, we encourage you to take some time to provide your feedback and thoughts. We want to hear about your experiences with the licensing process, our service centre, and the information we provide to you to help you carry out your role. Your responses will help us understand what is working well and what we can do better to support LBPs like yourself.
The survey will be open until 11.45pm on the 11th of October 2023 for you to complete. It should take you less than 10 minutes to complete.
Your participation is voluntary, and your feedback will be completely anonymous. Your responses will be combined with others so that you will not be personally identifiable when we report on the survey results.
