Recovering your username and/or resetting your password
If you have previously set up access to the LBP portal (since the October 2022 launch), you would have logged in via one of 3 services: RealMe, Google, or Microsoft.
If you have forgotten your username and/or password for any of these services, you can recover or reset them. For more information on any of these login services view the links in this section below.
