Recovering your username and/or resetting your password for your Microsoft account
- On https://www.lbp.govt.nz, click the Login button at the top right corner of the screen. This will take you to the Welcome to the LBP Portal page.
- On this page, click the Sign in with Microsoft button. This will take you to the Microsoft Sign-In page.
- On this page, enter the email address or phone number for your Microsoft account, then click the Next button.
- If you have forgotten your email address or phone number, click on Sign-in options towards the bottom of the page, then select the Forgot my username option.
- This will prompt you to enter the recovery details for your account.
- If you enter an email address or phone number, this will take you to the Enter password page. You will then be asked to enter your password.
- If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password? link.
- You’ll be asked to verify your identity so that you can reset your password.
