Update your profile
LBPs need to update the Registrar when their contact information changes. This ensures you will receive your relicensing reminders, and that the correct information will be displayed in the public register.
Change contact information
You can use the portal to update your personal details, eg. your addresses, email, and phone numbers. To use the portal you will need a Realme® login.
If you would prefer not to use the portal to update your profile you will need to complete the

You will need to provide evidence of your name change such as a certified copy of:
- your marriage or civil union certificates which record the new name; or
- re-issued birth certificates which record the new name; or
- name change certificates; or
- official copies of name change declarations
